In the image above, we blended the sauce and then strained it for a smooth lump free sauce. Over the years I’ve tried both AND made both options over the last couple of weeks for the purpose of this post. Any ground red chili powder or Cayenne powder will do! Everything was delicious! I mean, the French toast and the potato home fries had a great taste to them. The interior decor is beautiful, and every corner is spotless. The diner is enormous, just like other diners out in the suburbs. I definitely will take Mommy here to try it. This diner reminds us of the restaurant we used to go to with Mommy closed permanently 2-3 years ago. We passed by this diner all the time, and this time we decided to try it, especially when they offer a parking lot.
